Sheila Goldgrab

Sheila Goldgrab is a seasoned Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 16 years of experience combining her expertise in executive growth and development with her focus on tangible results for leaders and their organizations. Twice recognized by the International Coach Federation for excellence and business achievement, Sheila is a pioneer in the coaching field and an executive educator specializing in leader impact, effectiveness and fulfillment. Her belief is that individuals have reservoirs of talent and potential that is often undiscovered, undeveloped, or under-utilized.

Sheila works in many industries including financial services, telecommunications, health services, packaged goods and in the broader public sector. Some of her clients include the Royal Bank of Canada, Dell Computers, University Health Network, the YWCA and Johnson & Johnson. She also uses her expertise to coach top senior government executives such as Deputy Ministers to gain greater effectiveness.

Clients describe Sheila as a leadership expert, an enthusiast, resourceful, inspiring and creative. Sheila has a special interest in supporting her clients to gain greater profile, influence and impact. Her signature ‘Reputation Discovery’ and ‘Accelerated Transition’ are among two of the diagnostics she originated that benefit executive clients. Her networked approach to leadership is considered by clients as a fresh approach to accelerated leadership success and the success of intentional organizational cultures.

Prior to starting her own coaching firm, Sheila worked for one of the Big Four firms to assess client talent for greater career opportunities. She also served as an advisor and lead for a Partner client-facing strategic initiative that became the model for its achievement in talent management.

Sheila has an M.Ed. degree in Adult Education with a focus on Organizational Development from the University of Toronto, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. She gained her stripes as a Master Coach in 2003 and continues to learn and teach others in her field. Among her interests are global adventure travel, analog and digital photography, hiking and canoeing, and urban exploration. Ask about her big success working to maximize a client’s personal brand.
